Biography
- Thomas Orby Hunter was born abt 1714 in America to parents Robert Hunter, Governor of New York, and Elizabeth Orby.
- He married twice. First to Mrs Mary Heming 5 Jun 1734 in Warblington, Havant, Portsmouth and they had two daughters, Mary Henrietta who married James Fortescue and Elizabeth Catherine Hunter (1740-1795)
- His second marriage was to Jacomina Bellenden 4 Apr 1749 and they had one son, Charles Orby Hunter (1750-1791).
- Thomas Orby Hunter died 20 Oct 1769. Transcript of Will.[1]
