In 1871 Elizabeth was living in St George Hanover Square with parents William and Sarah Ann. William was a Carpenter. [2]
In 1876 John married Elizabeth Ingle in St George, Hanover Square, London. [3]
The 1891 England and Wales Census lists Elizabeth as a 36 year old married woman living with her husband and five children at Gowrie Road in Battersea.[4]
The 1901 England and Wales Census lists Elizabeth as an 46 year old married woman living with her husband and six children at Jedburgh Street in Battersea.[5][6]
The children can be found in 1911 but neither parent is listed (although the children describe themselves as 'son' or 'daughter' as if someone else is still a 'parent'.
