Theodore was born around 23 June 1908 in Science Hill, Fleming County, Kentucky. ^[1][2][3]

In 1920 he was 12 years old and lived in Side View, Montgomery, Kentucky, United States with his mother and stepfather.^[4]

He married Levei (Risner) Jannett (abt.1910-) sometime before 16 Oct 1940 based on the fact that she was listed as his next of kin on his World War II draft card. They were living in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. ^[5]

He was living in Edgewood, Harrison County, Kentucky when his second wife; Sallie (Dale) Jannette passed away on 29 Oct 1966. ^[6]

He passed away 3 Aug 1988 in Fleming County, Kentucky, United States. ^[1][2][3]
