Samuel, son of John and Elizabeth Jewson, was baptised at Clenchwarton on 9 June 1822.[1]
At the 1841 census he was living in Terrington St Clement with George and Susan Taylor.[2]
He married Eliabeth Payner in the Wisbech district in the second quarter of 1848[3] and at the 1851 census they were lodging with a Nicholls family in West Lynn[4].
Research Notes
John Jewson married Elizabeth Simpson at Clenchwarton in 1808. Witnesses were Sam and Margarett Simpson.[5] He was probably this John Jewson. No obvious baptism for Elizabeth has been found.
