She married WILLIAM JAMES STOEFFLER 24 Jul 1907 in Clayton, Iowa, son of JOHN STOEFFLER and MARY BECKMAN. He was born 24 Apr 1880 in Guttenberg, Iowa, and died 17 Nov 1944.

Services will be held Thursday morning, June 16 at St. Gabriel's church at nine o'clock and interment in St. Mary's cemetery at. Guttenburg, Iowa. She was born in Bagley May 21, 1887. Married to Wm. J. Stoeffler at. Guttenburg in 1906. 12 children were born to this union. Her husband, one. son and two daughters preceded her in death. A resident of Prairie du Chien for ten years, Mrs. Stoeffler made her home. with her youngest daughter, Mrs. Raymond Check. She was a member of the St. Gabriel's Altar Society. Surviving are three sons and six daughters, John of Prairie du Chien,. Raymond of Mt. Hope and Edward of Bagley, Mrs. Evelyn Husemann of Ottawa,. Ill,; Mrs. Gus (Clarabelle) Robbins of Benton, Wis.; Mrs. Clinton (Alice). Watters of Platteville; Mrs. Carlton (Marian) Longbottom of Alton, Ill.;. Sister Mary Gregory of Mary of the Angels convent at Rock Island, Ill.; Mrs. Raymond (Virginia) Check of this city. Twenty-five grandchildren, one. brother, Phillip Johll of La Crosse, and one sister, Mrs. Clara Saugling of. Spencer, Iowa, also surviving.
