Willie Hampton Johnson

Funeral services for Willie Hampton Johnson, 73, who died at his home on Wagener R. F. D. 2 at 5:30 Wednesday afternoon, will be held at the Rocky Grove Baptist church at 11:00 o'clock, Saturday morning. The Rev. N. C. Campbell will conduct the services and interment will be in the churchyard.

Mr. Johnson was a member of the Rocky Springs Baptist church. He was a farmer in the community. He had been in ill health for some time but his death came unexpectedly.

Surviving Mr. Johnson are his wife, Mrs. Nora Hodges Johnson; three daughters, Mrs. Marvin G. Corley, Augusta, Ga., Mrs. Calvin Wood, Batesburg, and Mrs. J. W. Hall, Wagener; one son, Victor Johnson, Alexandria, Va.; one sister; one brother, and 7 grandchildren.
