Biography
Frederick James was born in England in 1847.
He was a 36 year old police Constable when he married twice widowed Sarah Ann (Lucas) Kleinschrott, formerly Adcock, aged 42 years, in St Paul's Church in Port Elizabeth on 9 July 1883.[1]

Frederick was a Claims Inspector, aged 56 years, when he passed away in the Somerset Hospital in Cape Town, Cape Colony, on 5 December 1903.[2][3]
