John Juxon was the eldest son of Captain John Juxon and his wife Susan Langham. His father died in the Civil War, and his mother may have died a few years earlier, leaving three surviving sons: John, Thomas and George, and a sister Elizabeth.
John Juxon became a merchant but died unmarried at a relatively early age in 1569, leaving his estate to his brothers, Thomas and George - his sister Elizabeth having apparently died beforehand. His Will [1] named a long list of uncles, aunts and cousins:
Colonel Thomas Juxon and Colonel George Langham overseers to brother Thomas, executor
He was buried on 18 June near his father and father's parents at the church of St Laurence Pountney, Fulham. [2]
