Settled before US revolutionary war : Delware River, Ulster Co., NY;

Regiment : K.R.R.N.Y. 1st Battn. in Munro’s Company, 1781-83

Jacob Carns (Karn) Sr: (1738-1813?) “Soldier with the Royal Yorkers” KRRNY – King’s Royal Regiment Of New York. Enlisted February 1st 1780 possibly Munro’s Company 1780-1783 (“in the King’s Works” - 1782). Petition for land - 1797: United Empire Loyalist – Dundas County – Matilda Township. Land Petition 300 acres 1797 York.

Where Resettled : Eastern District Con. 5 Lot 22 E1/2 Matilda Twp., Dundas County, Ontario, 1798
