Blanche Laura Keach was born in 1866 to George William Keach and Janet Mary (Horne) Keach.
She marrie Henry Foster on 2 March 1887 in Campbell Town, Tasmania, Australia.
Blanche passed away in 1963 and was buried at St Luke's Anglican Cemetery in Campbell Town. [1]
