Biography

Louis was born on 16 April 1881 in Covington, Kentucky.^[1] He was the son of Joseph Keene and Ella Keen. Louis remained single and lived with his sister Loretta after the death of their parents. ^[2] He passed away on 15 June 1955 in Covington, Kentucky ^[3] and was buried in Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.
