Biography

Phoebe was born in 1878 in Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland, to Samuel and Martha Anna (Black) Keith. She immigrated to Canada in 1889. Port of landing is unknown but she made her way to Vancouver, British Columbia. In 1904, she married Guy Carleton Anderson. In 1906, she gave birth to a son, Lyle Carleton.
