Biography
The son of Franklin Kellogg and Sarah (Hand) Kellogg, Frank was born in Pittsfield Township in 1875. He was baptized there on November 21, 1875.[1] He lived there with his family.[2] He went west, settling for a time in Illinois, where he married, marrying "Ellen May." They continued west, along with his father, arriving in Santa Rose, California, where both Frank and his father worked as a shoe factory.[3] They returned east, living in 1920 in Carthage, Missouri, where Frank was the foreman at a shoe factory.[4]
They returned to Illinois and he passed away there in 1942, in Ewing Township, Illinois. He was 66, and is buried in Spring Garden, Illinois.[5]
