Biography
The descendants of the Kemsey family from the Parish of Solihull, living in the townships of Whitlock Ends, Tamworth in Arden and Shirley and likely before this in Wootton Wawen, who spelt their name as Kinsey in later centuries are likely to originate in the area around Kempsey Worcestershire, rather than be descended from the Kinsey's of Cheshire. They may also be connected the families in Derbyshire (through Francis Kinsey) and Leicestershire. The Leicestershire connection may explain the differences in the DNA profiles between the Cheshire and Leicestershire Kinsey's.
There is a little speculation in this view, it's based on my own research, so is subject to change if new information is found.
