Philip Tobyn Keon married Shirley in Victoria about 1968.

In 1977 Philip Tobyn Keon (Manager) and Shirley Faye Keon (Fashion Designer) lived in Wattle Road, Hawthorn, Victoria. [2]

He passed away in 2021.
