Son of Richardson Kessinger and Mary Caroline Mann.
He was age 16 in 1900, living in Nodaway County, Missouri.[1]
He married Charlotte May Grooms, 13 Jan 1903 in Pawnee City, Nebraska.[2]
In 1920 the family was in Washington County, Colorado.[3]
