[1] JAMES HOLBROOK KILFOYLE, born 1805, Ballyragget, Co., Kilkenny, Ireland, died 6 Jul 1872, Wellsville, Utah. (s/o Francis Kilfoyle and Jane Holbrook).
James states in his hand written Diary, that he was born in the Townland of Coon/Coan, Co. Kilkenny, Ireland. The Mormon Church records states he was born in Ballyraggett, Co. Kilkenny, Ireland.
Married Jane (Lucas) McKEOWN 9 Feb 1829
James, being of the Mormon Faith married 3 more times (plural marriages). On the 27 Feb 1854, he married Ellen Keating(1815-1854). (No children)
On the 10 May 1855, he married Mary A.(Laurence) Beckett. (1801-1884). (No children)
On the 9 Nov 1856 he married Mary McGowen (1826-1865). (3 children).
