Biography

Gertha Elma Kinter^[1] was born 9 November 1896^[2] in Lewisville, Pennsylvania^[1].

She married Leonard Wise and they had a daughter, Mary^[3]. Gertha also had a son, Wayne^[1], who Leonard adopted^[1].

Gertha appears in the 1930^[4] and 1940^[5] censuses with her husband and children.

She passed away 28 May 1958^[2], probably in Emporia, Kansas, and was buried in Maplewood Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Emporia, Kansas^[2].
