Hendrik Antonius and Johanna Muller had more than the 3 children you identified. My father says that they had a huge number of children and that Hendrik was known in the family as “de Amerikaanse kindertjes maker” (the American kiddy maker) -- American because he was a “Bootsman" (Chief) on several Holland-America Line ships, sailing regularly between Rotterdam and America. It seemed that every time he returned from a voyage, his wife would become pregnant. My father does not know exactly how many children they had nor what their names were.
