Biography

Minnie Margaret Knoop was born 20 Feb 1882 in Dysart, Tama County, Iowa, the daughter of Henry Knoop and Margaret Ballhorn.[1]

Louis F. Wiese and Minnie Knoop were married on 20 Jun 1905 in Dysart, Iowa,[2] and they had children:

  1. Waldo W., b. 1910;[3]
  2. Eldon E., b. 4 Jun 1913;[4]
  3. Lavonne Lois, d. 25 Nov 1923, aged 4 days.[5]

After her husband's death in Jun 1951, "Mrs. Louie Wiese left for an indefinate stay in New York City in the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Wiese."[6]

Minnie died in 1971 and is buried at Lone Tree Cemetery in Everly, Clay County, Iowa.[7]
