Biography
Note: After high school Art enlisted in the Navy and was stationed at Long Beach for 4 years. He returned to Reinbeck, IA and was the owner of Koht Insurance for many years. He also served on the school board, the election board, Grundy Count Veterann's Affairs and the American Red Cross. He was a member of the American Legion. He retired to Tuscon, AZ. He died of lung cancer.
