Biography

Arthur Joseph Langdale, fifth and youngest son, a member of the London School Board. he was born the 14th of July, 1838, at Houghton Hall. He was married on the 6th of August, 1872, at the Catholic Chapel, Warwick Street, London, to Catherine Agnes, daughter of Adrian de Bruyn, of Zevenbergen, North Brabant. He died at Wimbledon, Co. Surrey, the 24th of November, 1893, and was buried in the cemetery at Mortlake.

Arthur was the son of Charles Stourton and Mary Constable-Maxwell.
