Biography

Wilbur Irving Lapham was born on 23 February 1899 in Alliance, Nebraska the son of Horace Irving Lapham (1869-1927) and Anna Margaret Leishman (1875-1951).^{[1] [2] [3] [4]} When his parents and siblings moved to Washington, Wilbur remained in Idaho, where he worked as a woodsman for the Rutledge Timber Company.^{[1] [5] [6] [4]} Wilbur passed away on 20 October 1920 in Bovill, Idaho from a basal skull fracture, which resulted from a logging accident.^{[4] [1]} He was buried in Palouse, Washington.^[4]
