Biography

William was born in 1898. He was the son of Henry Larke Jane Cossey. He was living with his parents and siblings at Dunns Yard, Norwich, Norfolk in 1901. He was still living with his parents and siblings at West Wymer, Norwich, Norfolk and working as a school milliner's errand boy in 1911. He married in 1927. He passed away in 1984.
