Biography
He was the son of William Lashley and Sarah Clanton.
Howell married Elizabeth (Warren) Lashley (1756-aft.1799) and she served as administrator of his estate in 1793. [1]
Howell died intestate but owned 120 acres in Northampton County, NC. 30 acres was set aside to his widow Elizabeth for her dower rights. [2]
