The date of birth shown above is his date of baptism.[1]
He was Retoured heir to his grandfather Alexander Lauder in the lands of Hethpool on 21st June 1655 indicating that his father, John, had died prior to that.
He was living on 2nd May 1664 and 5th July 1670.[2]
He married twice, with, apparently, no children to his first wife.
