Leroy was born 7 Dec 1899 at Fort Smith, Arkansas[2], the son of Louis LeFlore and Mayme Beryl Fudge. Leroy passed away 15 Jan 1965 in Oklahoma. He is buried at the IOOF Cemetery, Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma.[3]
