Judith was baptised on May 8, 1757 in Grouville, Jersey. She was 1 of 7 children born to Jean Le Liévre and Judith Picot.[1]
Jersey, Church of England Baptisms, 1540-1812
She 1st married Nicolas Le Seelleur on December 18, 1776 in St Clement, Jersey and Nicolas passed away before their only child, Judith, was baptised on November 2, 1777.
Judith was the 2nd wife of Jean Ahier almost 20 years her senior and they married June 26, 1782 in St Lawrence, Jersey and were the parents of 5 children.
England requested a special Census of Jersey in April 1788 and only the parish of St Lawrence survives.
In it, Judith is shown with her 2nd husband Jean and his 4 older children from his 1st marriage as well as Thomas age 2 from their union -- their 2 previous children had already died.
Judith was widowed a 2nd time when husband Jean Ahier died in 1796.
She was buried November 18, 1831 in St Helier, Jersey:
