Mary was born in 1854. She was the daughter of William Leadbetter and Tabitha Ball. She passed away in 1904.

Research Notes

There was a Charles Sumner, aged 6, living with Mary in 1881. George and Mary's gravestone at Fleetwood Cemetery refers to Charlie Howard, adopted son, who died 11 Sep 1884, aged 10. Charles Sumner and Charles Howard are likely the same person.
