On the April 15, 1910 U.S. Census for Ellsworth, Rolette, North Dakota, Jack Lafflor 42 is living with his wife Grady? 39, and children Aleck 14, Molly 12, Lallia 10, Carrel 8, Jacob 7, Kattie 4, Fred 2, Hennery 1. (youngest four born in North Dakota the others were born in Russia (Ger) and Immigrated to U.S. in 1903)

Jacob and his family moved to Canada in 1910.

The 1911 Canada Census has Jacob at age 44 living in Humboldt with his wife Katie 43, and children Alexander 16, Molley 14, Lottie 11, Katie 5, Carol 9, Jacob 8, Fred 4, Henry 2. Everyone born in Russia except the youngest four boys - they were born in U.S.A.

The 1916 Canada Census shows Jacob at age 40 living in Saskatchewan with his wife Maread? 40, and children Alex 22, Lottie 18, Karl 15, Jacob 12, Kate 11, Fred 9 Henry 6, Edith 4, Lena 1.

The 1921 Canada Census has Jacob at age 53 living in Prairie Rose with his wife Margret 51, children Karl 20, Jacob 18, Katie 16, Frederick 15, Henry 12, Lotty 21, Ledia 10, Linia 6.
