Biography

Murray was born November 15, 1908 in Poland or Russia depending on which Census you view. He was the son of Samuel and Anna Leibman.

He married Grace Marks on May 21, 1935 in Manhattan, New York, New York. He was 28 years old, single and his parents were listed as Samuel Leibman and Anna Yonkelewitch. Grace was 20 years old, single also and her parents were listed as Joseph Marks and Floria Klein.^[1]

Murray died at the age of 66 on October 10, 1974 in New York City, New York and was buried in Mount Zion Cemetery in Maspeth, Queens, New York.^[2]
