Dexter Libby was born on 5 April 1816. His parents were Amos Libby and Sarah (Hunnewell) Libby.
He married Eliza Libby on 6 May 1840 in Scarborough, Maine[1]. They had at least three children:
Dexter passed away on 13 February 1885 and is buried in Black Point Cemetery in Scarborough, Maine[3].
