Biography
- Labourer
George married Sophia Floate in 1828 in Tillington, Sussex, England.[1] They emigrated to Upper Canada (now Ontario) as part of the Petworth Immigration Scheme.[2] They left England from Portsmouth in April 1836 aboard the "Heber."[3]
