Biography
Sarah was born in England in (Mar Qtr) 1847.[1] to Absalom Linzey and Ann Ricketts. In 1865, Sarah (Lindsey) married Anthony Horne and they had 9 children born over the next 17 years. Anthony passed away in 1882, leaving Sarah as a widow with 6 surviving children, (aged from 1 to 16 years). Sarah re-married (in 1883), to James Garner and they had a further 5 children between 1884 and 1891, all of whom survived to adulthood. Sarah passed away in 1922 at the age of 73 and is buried in the Avoca (Victoria) Cemetery.[2][3]
