Isaac was baptized at Pembroke on 11 June 1738.
He married at Pembroke on 27 Oct 1760 to Lydia Hatch, daughter of Isaac and Anna (Fisher) Hatch, a descendant of Mayflower passenger Edward Doty.

Probate
Isaac Little of Pembroke yeoman died intestate and on 3 May 1774, Asaph Tracy of Pembroke, yeoman was granted the administration of his estate.[2]
His inventory was taken on 16 May 1774 in Pembroke.[3]
In 1776, his widow Lydia received her dower. A list of claims and creditors was also recorded. An account of his estate by Asaph Tracey was recorded which included necessaries to the widow, a coffin, and administration fees. His real estate was sold by order of the court and his estate was rendered insolvent.[4] The balance of the estate was proportioned to the creditors.[5]
