Biography

Joseph was born in 1886. He was the son of Abraham and Esther Littman.

In 1901 Joseph is living at 64 Middlesex Street in Whitechapel, with parents and six siblings. Morris (15), Jack (14), Hyman (10), Beatrice (9), Soloman (7), and Mod (3)^[1]

In 1911 Joe Littman is still living at 64 Middlesex Street with father Abraham, a new wife called Polly (30) looks like they married in about 1905, and children; Morry, Jack, Joe, Hyman, Beaty, Solly, Mark, Sam (11), and a daughter Jessey (3). All born in Poland, except youngest son Sam and youngest daughter 3 year old Jessey both born in England.^[2]

Joseph Littman married Amelia de Pauw (or Power) in Whitechapel, Middlesex in 1913.
