He was listed in the 1881 & 1901 censuses at Stanstead, Québec.
1911 census shows him twice! 31, single, a lodger, living at Huntingdon, Québec; and also living with his family at Missiquoi, Québec.
There is a record of death of Arthur Rolland Lockhart, 15 Nov 1943, buried at Mount Royal Cemetery in Montréal, believed to be the same person. (The usuaul spelling of the middle name is Roland, with one "L".)
