Biography
enjoyed raising and showing Tennessee Walking Horses and quail hunting with long time friend, Eddie Lowder. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, J. T. Lowder; sisters, Sadie Lowder, Ann Ruark, Julia Tyson and Louise Barbee and nephew, Larry Lowder. Survived by his wife, Shirley Lee Lowder of the home; daughters, Lynne Morrow and husband, Dave of CO, Amelia Brantley and husband, Mike of Norwood and Alice Hill and husband, Jermaine of Mount Gilead; grandchildren, Beth Strickenburg and husband, Andrew, Jo Beth Brantley, Kaitlyn Brantley, Dawson Lowder and great-grandson, David Strickenburg; five nephews and five nieces.
