Biography

Walter Frank "Wally" Lukachinsky, Jr. was born in Cleveland, Ohio on 14 November 1953. He graduated from Garfield Heights High School in 1972 and attended Cleveland State University, Kent State University and Cuyahoga Community College. While working for the state of Ohio, he lived in Dresden, Ohio. He went on to Tracy, California, with his wife.

"Wally was always interested in community affairs and readily volunteered his services. One of his favorite pastimes was cooking, and he enjoyed trying new and challenging recipes."

Wally was co-manager of a Wendy's in Hayward, California. He was shot and killed during an armed robbery while opening the restaurant. His murder was not solved.^[1]
