Biography
Rena Virginia Caroon, age 19, first married Luther A. Lupton, age 19, on 30 May, 1909 in Craven County, North Carolina. Luther was in the Naval Militia serving in the North Carolina National Guard. He died three months later on August 7, 1909. He is buried at Trent Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery Merritt Pamlico County North Carolina, USA
His parents were Martha and Christopher Lupton.
