Biography

Isabel Sophia Lutter (10 March 1847 Bengal) daughter of Daniel Bernard Lutter, married Frederick William Bodeker or Friederick Wilhelm Boedecker (1835 Bremen -19 Aug 1885 Burma) son of John Christian Bodeker on 13 July 1878 at Moulmein. Frederick was a widower, having first married Anna Wilhelmina Sutherland who died 21 March 1876 in Burma.

She died 15 Aug 1899 in Rangoon, and named Bernard Christian Boedecker (1867-), her stepson and Captain Edmund Richard Wells, master mariner as joint executors. Her will allowed a monthly benefit to her spinster sister Caroline Lutter, everything to her son Albert William on his 21st and in the event of his death to her niece Eliza Anne Wells's children.^[1]
