Biography

Mary was born in 1841 in Limerick Ireland. She was the daughter of John Lynch and Bridget (Mullins) Lynch.

Immigration: 1859 in London 6th August 1859.

Departed Liverpool 6th August 1859 arrived Moreton Bay 22nd November 1859

Mary was listed as 25 years of age on the passenger list She travelled with her sister Margaret & brother Edward. John Lynch her father and siblings Bridget & Thomas followed in 1861 on the "Mangerton". Bridget Mullins, her mother, did not emigrate to Australia, presumed deceased at time of immigration.

In 1865, Mary married William Taylor.^[1]

Mary died at the age of about 75 on 29 January 1916 in Queensland.^[2] She is buried in the Ipswich General Cemetery, Queensland.^[3]
