Biography
Andrew was born in 1901, a twin to brother Joseph. He was the son of Edward Lynch and Letitia McAteer. He was a labourer.
He went to live with his maternal grandparents as a child and appears to have continued living in the area.
He passed away a bachelor in 1947.
