Clement was born in Aldridge, Staffordshire, England and was baptised there at St Mary the Virgin on August 25, 1867. He was the son of George Mackness and Fanny Elizabeth Bird.[1][2]
He was the husband of Anna Ada.
Clement died at the age of 72 in May 1940 in Romford, Essex, England and was interred on May 9th in the London Borough of Havering.[3][4]
