ORANGE, Friday.

Mr John Mallon, aged 18, eldest son of Mr and Mrs P Mallon of the Central Hotel, died at the Sydney Hospital this morning.

Mr Jno Mallon, the eldest son of Mr and Mrs P Mellon of the Central Hotel, Orange, who died in Sydney last week from an attack of pneumonia supervening on an operation for the removal of polypus in the nose, was buried at Cudal (his native place) on Sunday morning last, the last sad rites at the grave side being performed by the Rev Father Henley. Tbe funeral was a large one, and was beaded by about 150 members of the Grand United Oddfellows, who escorted the remains to the outskirts of Orange. The deceased was only 18 years of age.
