Supposed Suicide. Penola, Friday, June 2. A man named John Patrick Maney, a resident of Mount Gambier, was found about five miles from Penola, on the Narracoorte road, early this morning with his throat cut, and quite dead. When found he was holding a razor. He has been working in the district for some time, and was at Narracoorte a day or two ago. Apparently he was walking back to Penola. An inquest will be held to-day.
