Eulalia (Manicom) Carroll was born in Cornwall, England.

Eulalia was born December 7, 1895 in Churchtown in the parish of St Breward, Cornwall, England and was baptised May 3, 1896 in Jacobstow, Cornwall. She was the daughter of William Manicom and Elizabeth Hooper.^[1]

She married John William Carroll on September 8, 1915 in Kerwood, Middlesex, Ontario. He was 27 and his parents were John and Matilda Carroll. She was 19.^[2]
