Amelia was born 1873 , the daughter of John Manley Eliza Couch . Amelia married Luther in 1888 at Bendigo Victoria , the had their 1st daughter then moved to Broken Hill where they had the joy of two more daughters , they retired to 5 Military Road Newcastle New South Wales Australia where Amelia passed away 21 Jan 1942 (aged 68–69) in her 70th year,
