Biography

Victor was born in 1911 at Ottery St. Mary, Devon, the second son of Evelyn Mardon and his wife Maud Rothwell. [1]

Married Pam Stirling

Farmed at Eburru, Gilgit, Kenya until purchased by the government as part of the Kikuyu Resettlement program.

Lived in Kampala, Uganda where he was an agricultural adviser to the government Prison Farms.

He died in 2000 in Norfolk
