Biography
Samuel was born in Elland, Yorkshire about 1824.[1][2][3][4] He was baptized on 5 September 1824 in Elland, Yorkshire, the son of Daniel Marsden and Maria.[5][6] Their family lived in Halifax, Yorkshire, England.[7]
Samuel married Elizabeth Gledhill. Their children were:
